The questions every nervous first-timer asks before they book — answered straight.
Yes. Most of our U-Drive customers have never touched a UTV before. The KRX is built to be intuitive — gas, brake, steering wheel, that's it. Your guide gives a full safety briefing before you roll out, and they're with you every minute on the trail.
Happens all the time. Your guide stops, walks the obstacle on foot, talks you through line-by-line, or — if you'd rather — drives your KRX through it themselves. No judgment, no extra charge. Most people who say they'll skip an obstacle end up driving it once they see the guide handle it.
Absolutely. Bring your phone — passengers and drivers are welcome to film and photograph the experience. Most of our best customer footage comes straight off phones. Plenty of stop-and-shoot moments built into the route.
Yes. The Kawasaki KRX seats up to 4. As long as you're 18+ with a valid license, your passengers can be any age — we provide booster seats and helmets for younger riders.
Moab gets rain showers and the slickrock becomes more dramatic, not less drivable. We run rain or shine. If conditions are genuinely unsafe — flash flood warnings or active lightning — we'll reschedule or refund you in full.
Yes — drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver's license. Passengers can be any age. Booster seats provided for kids.

Spring (March–June) and fall (September–November) book out weeks ahead. If your trip dates are locked in, book the moment you have them. Off-season is more flexible but still recommended at least 7 days out.
