These Terms of Service govern your use of xtreme4x4tours.com and any tour, rental, or service you book with Hellmans Xtreme 4×4 Tours, LLC, doing business as Xtreme 4×4 Tours (“Xtreme 4×4 Tours,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a tour.

Our services
We operate guided and self-drive off-road tours in Moab, Utah, including the Xtreme Tour, U-Drive Rock Crawling, and Moab Scenic Adventures, along with private and group bookings. Tour routes, obstacles, pricing, duration, and availability are described on this website and may change based on conditions, permits, and vehicle availability.
Bookings and payment
Reservations and payments are processed through our booking platform, FareHarbor. When you book a tour, you are also agreeing to FareHarbor’s terms of use and the cancellation policy shown to you at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number; FareHarbor and our payment processor handle that under their own terms.
Prices, availability, and seasonal offers are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Group and private bookings may be subject to different terms, deposits, or minimums, which we will communicate to you directly.
Cancellations, changes, and weather
Cancellation and refund terms are shown to you at the time of booking through FareHarbor. Because our tours run on exposed terrain, we may reschedule, shorten, or cancel a tour for safety reasons, including weather, trail conditions, or mechanical issues. If we cancel your tour, we will offer you a reschedule or a refund. We are not responsible for other costs you may incur, such as travel, lodging, or other bookings, as a result of a schedule change.
Eligibility and guest requirements
Guests of all ages are welcome as passengers on our tours, with car seats and booster seats available on request. To drive on a U-Drive tour, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. A parent or legal guardian must book and accept these terms on behalf of any guest under 18.
You are responsible for confirming that everyone in your party meets any weight, height, health, or fitness requirements communicated to you before or during the tour. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we reasonably believe cannot safely take part.
Assumption of risk and liability waiver
Off-road driving and rock crawling are inherently risky activities that can result in serious injury, property damage, or death, even when conducted safely and by experienced guides. Before participating in any tour, you and each member of your party will be required to read and sign a liability waiver and release of claims. Booking a tour does not replace that waiver; you must sign it, in the form we provide, before you can participate.
By booking a tour, you confirm that you and your party understand the physical nature of the activity and voluntarily choose to participate, and you agree to follow all safety instructions given by our guides before and during the tour.
Guest conduct
You agree to follow the instructions of our guides at all times for your safety and the safety of others. We may remove any guest from a tour, without refund, for conduct that is unsafe, intoxicated, disruptive, or that puts other guests, staff, or equipment at risk.
Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your booking, including confirmations, reminders, and updates related to your tour schedule or weather conditions. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a tour or purchasing any service.
No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
Website use
The content on this website, including text, photos, video, and our name and logo, belongs to Xtreme 4×4 Tours or our licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or otherwise reuse this content without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false information through our forms or chat widget, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party services
This website uses third-party services to operate, including FareHarbor for bookings and payments, Google for analytics, search, and maps, Meta for social media, Vimeo for video, and HighLevel for website chat and customer messaging. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xtreme 4×4 Tours provides this website and its tours on an “as is” and “as available” basis and disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied. Except as set out in the liability waiver you sign before your tour, and to the extent permitted by Utah law, Xtreme 4×4 Tours is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in a tour.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your booking will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Grand County, Utah, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the website or book tours after an update means you accept the revised terms.
