Information you give us
- Your name, email address and phone number when you use the chat on our website, submit a form, request information, or call us.
- Booking details when you reserve a tour: the tour, the date, the number of guests and the names of people in your party.
- Payment information, which is handled by our booking provider. Card numbers are never stored on this website.
- Anything you choose to write to us in a message, review or waiver.
Information we collect automatically
- IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page and the site or ad that referred you.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions, quote tours and confirm reservations.
- To contact you about a booking you have made, including meeting times, weather calls and changes.
- To send you information about tours, availability and offers, where you have asked us to or have given us your details through this website.
- To improve the website and understand where our visitors come from.

Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your booking and, where you have opted in, with occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email. It does not stop messages about a reservation you have already made.
Bookings and payments
Reservations and payments are processed by our booking platform, FareHarbor. When you book, the information you enter is collected and stored by FareHarbor under their own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can run your tour. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to see how the website is used and which pages and sources bring in visitors. Where we run advertising, we may also use conversion and audience measurement tools from Google and Meta.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Embedded content and third-party services
Some pages include content loaded from other companies, such as videos, an Instagram feed, maps, our booking widget and our website chat. Those companies can set their own cookies and collect usage data as if you had visited their site directly.
The providers we rely on are FareHarbor (reservations and payments), Google (analytics, search, maps and our business profile), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Vimeo (video) and HighLevel (website chat, customer records, email and text messaging).
Who we share your information with
We share information with the service providers listed above only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our guests, staff or business.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with anyone for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Booking and waiver records are kept as long as we need them for operational, insurance, tax and legal purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices and your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some states, including California, give residents specific rights over their personal information. We apply the same process to every request, wherever you live.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. Reservations for minors are made by a parent or guardian.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
